The first 3 of the shows have been put online by Triad.
You can get them through BitTorrents links that they supply.

BTW- the guys at Triad provide the only subtitled shows in English. The others are are Japanese Only, so I left them out.
 
Also, these are on MKL format, so you will need a player to play them, like VLC. VLC plays many formats and you can put plug ins to play other formats it does not support on its own.
