A couple of sellers out in China and Hong Kong are selling the Orange Pi for as low as $25. This is lower than the Raspberry Pi Model A/A+!
 
The Orange Pi comes in many configurations, so you need to carefully read the description before you order. The $25 one on ebay is the base model which is more like a Raspberry Pi itself. higher priced units comes with Single Core, Dual Core or Quad Core, 512MB to 1GB of RAM, SATA hard drive interface, built-in Wifi/Bluetooth and so on. It is nearly 100% software compatible to the Raspberry Pi so you can drop an R-Pi's SD into it to get it up and running.
 
I seen one for $28 one (with $3 shipping) on ebay from Kentucky, which claims it to be a higher based model than the base model:

One of the few issues here is that is says it uses a TF Card. Not sure what that is, but the way the Chinese label these things, it might be their label for an SD Card. This needs to be verified.
 
Though the Orange Pi claims to be 100% compatible with Raspberry Pi, it is not hardware compatible. The board is longer and thinner, and things have been moved about on it so the GPIO and other output pins are not in the same place. and it takes more power to run it (similar to the R-Pi2). But the price is better for one wanting an R-Pi2 system at 1/2 the price.
 
I suggest asking the seller questions about it. On internet mail order, the Orange Pi is about $15 for their lowest model which is basically a Raspberry Pi.  Shipping costs is extra. (See first one on: )
