Good day to you all.

Some of you may remember me from the Cafe. For some reason, one of the administrators at the Cafe decided to deactivate my account, and now none of them will respond to my emails as to why.  undecided So, I am here.

... Hello.

Greetings, intellectual property. Why come here of all places? It's a great little forum and all, but it's far from populated.

I have now waved goodbye to the chipped mug of capless and corporate-logoed biros and rollerballs on my desk, and in their place the Cross resides alone, a writing weapon to be taken seriously, a latter-day Excalibur (though mightier, obviously, because it's a pen) that I shall wield daily in my tireless quest for legible, joined-up truth.

Well the cowboy, like the red man, you had to leave your land
You can't raise your stock and plant your crop in the gumbo and the sand
Greed disguised as progress has put us to the test
They won't be glad until we're gone from our home out in the west
It's sad to see those good old days replaced with greed and doubt
Soon we'll leave the country, the campfire has gone out
Bid 'em all adieu, you can't turn the world about
The cowboy left the country, the campfire has gone out

That's actually one of my favourite Guns 'N Roses songs, now that I think about it.

That shall not be a problem, Mr. Sackett.  Smiley

I came across this forum whilst perusing Mr. Sackett's signature at the Cafe; I made a note of it then, and I have come to use it now. Although, I must say I probably would not have come to use it had I not been blocked from the Cafe due to apparent suspicion that I am someone named "Camp."

I take it this is you, Campisi.  Angry

Campisi,
you posted after yourself too fast, and as such gave yourself away. Here that is. As admin i have a little deal where I can see IP addresses. you and N_R have the same. that would make me wonder too!

Yeah, November Rain was one of my alts at the Cafe. I don't think two hours is too short a pause between two posts, but then again if you've already found out via the IP addresses that we're the same I can see how the time issue may seem to be damning as well.

The IP issue gets more complicated near a city, though; with population densities that high, there can be hundreds of people feeding off of the same IP address.

If the last few what changed?

... Meh, neither of us really cares anyway. I got what I wanted out of the alt; I ducked an unfair and unjustified ban, and saw for myself that I don't want back in.
