Found Apple II Win Emulator for Windows PCs. It is a 32bit program so it should run on x86 and x64 systems. It seems to run fine on XP on my tiny laptop.
 
This emulator only does Apple II, II+ IIe and IIe enhanced (with the 65C02). It does not do IIc, IIc+ or IIgs.
 
It uses .dsk floppy images.
 
It is just a basic emulator with a very small footprint within the system.
