Lakka 2.0 is a total rewrite of Lakka 1.x using RetroArch Linux and LibreELEC (which contains Kodi). It is compiled for several Pi Systems including Cubie, all flavors of Raspberry Pi, Banana Pi, most Orange Pi systems and several other board. There is also a release for Windows and Mac OSX.
On top of Kodi, you also get several computer and arcade system emulators.
Only problem I see with this is Kodi itself, as in it would be blank and setting up the channels is a bitch to set up. Once you get the channels you want, then it is a banging system to have and you can stream what media you want. The issue with that is that you need a high speed internet connection for the streaming.
