Almost free. You need to sign up for Barnes & Noble's Customer membership before you can download it for free.

Raspberry Pi with Custard
A project book using a relay hat called "Custard" with the Raspberry Pi.

The relay hat is not necessary as you can use the book and fabricate your own relays to the R-Pi. They provide the wiring and show programming examples. If I can get a copy, I will post it here.

NOTE: This file is in Barnes & Noble's propriety Nook Format, you will need a Nook File Reader on your system, a Nook to PDF Converter or B&N's actual Nook Tablet device to read it.

The physical book itself is $7.99

I need to update and add the other books I have found but I post this one for a couple of friends who can not find it. It is about making games with Python on the Raspberry Pi, though it can be used on other systems.

For some online certs, try Future Learn [dot] com. I can not afford the several certs I got from them; though I passed the courses, all that says if that I can buy the certs when the course is passed with a specific grade. These are from credited universities in the UK, Australia and New Zealand.
