History:

L.T. Wesley left the Ukrainian navy under the pretense of a better offer in Italy. What was this offer? They wanted a handler that can train the 1st of the 3rd generation cyborgs, Sophia. Sophia's previous life is unknown but as Sophia she is now known as the mermaid of the SWA. As the first cyborg capable of swimming without a breathing apparatus. As the most prestigious member of his navy and the only guy crazy enough to restart his military career in Italy L.T. Wesley did not come in cheep. Allot of sacrifices were made including giving this foreigner the former job of Jean (what ever happened to Jean? just wait and see). Now with both cyborg and handler hogging the spot light of the agency Wesley proved that he could be as much of an asshole as Jean and Sophia proved that she could be as much of a snob like Elsa. Wesley continues to push the envelope of the SWA taking large risks, even siding with criminal elements to get the job done while . Sophia, who considers her self the best cyborg in the agency continues to put down the rest earning the disappointment of most of the girls and the anger of Hillshire's girl Ella.

One can say that there has been no other more perfect pair but this couldn't be any farther from the truth. As the man who had taught her all that she knew including using her body for the water. Sophia has become infatuated to her handler. Her handler on the other hand has no idea about this and is just busy trying to put the SWA on the map along side the MI 6 and the CIA.
