Approximate Age: Late 20s to Early 30s

Personality: A "no nonsense" type who takes her work very seriously. She is usually very calm and well mannered, though if she gets upset, expect there to be hell to pay.

Biography: A former FBI agent, she was let go without any reasoning. That same day, she met with her old friend Roger McCoy. On his boss's suggestion, he offered her a job, and that's how she ended up with OTAWO as the first handler. She chose Nero for an unknown reason, stating simply "I'm not trying to replace him. It's more about remembering him."

Wendy appears in Shades of Black and will appear in Memories Upon Broken Glass later. She also appears in Panzer IV's The Detective's Daughter.
