She has read 20 volumes of encyclopedias, is fluent in 11 languages, accomplished 8 college degrees, wrote 5 books, 1 best seller self-help, helped scientists create a deep-space satellite titled The Rose in her honor (original name: Rose), established her own museum, designing it and writing all the detail plaques.
She was changed to an 11-year-old appearance with different hair and eye color. She doesn't leave fingerprints behind, and is expected to grow 4 years with litte/no alterations or surgeries. She was brought into the Agency by accident, and was tested to become the first non-combatant purposed cyborg and as a 4th generation model. Her handler is Pricilla. Vinita works with the interior and serves as the Agency's supercomputer confined mostly to deskwork. She lifts the great burden of handlers to do paperwork, and has simplified policies and procedures. She has also proven useful in computer/mechanical maintence and as an advisor in conferences.
Vinita struggles with opening her past or keeping it hidden. She knows that by knowing the truth about herself it could disrupt the Agency and her current life. She even has a mixture of a chemical to help restore her memory, but she fights the urge. She also has a problem with doing deskwork as opposed to training and missions, and has also made a mixture to wipe out her memory completely.
Vinita tries to get along with the assassins at the Agency. She never had friends before, and but every time she tries to "join in", she just completes everything and proves difficult to argue, discuss, or play with. Even amongst the adults she finds rejection.
