Chrysalis Foundation was formed by several leading medical experts in the field of Cybernetics and Prostetics. Lead by Dr. Giacomo Gianncomo and funded by SISDE, they went fourth to create a Type 0 cyborg using techno-organic technologies. This would create a superfast moving individual who is slightly stronger than a person of his size. This process also slows down the aging process, but the cybernetic individual will eventually age.
After successful testing of their first test subject (Alpha) and a near perfect completion rate in high-risk missions by the Alpha/Omega Fratello; the cyborg program was approved for further development and implementation for the newly developed SWA Section 2. Failure of the subsequent missions, and apparent death of Omega and Alpha months later ended the Chrysalis Foundation Cyborg Program, forcing the SWA to retake stock in the Cyborg Program and implementing Dr. Frankenstein's Cyborg Design for their future cybernetic operatives with conditioning processed developed by Chrysalis Foundation.
The Chrysalis Foundation was shut down and its facilities abandoned. Fernando has found an old server belonging to the Chrysalis Foundation inside the SWA Administration complex which no one seemed to know anything about and has accessed a couple of their files. Nothing worth noting was found, and he currently keeps the server hidden in plain sight, where no one will ask about it being there since it was always there to begin with.
